Who we are
Lotus Gate Pictures develops and publishes GRAYFIST. We decide how the information described here is used, and we answer for it.
What we collect on this site
Only what you type into the student card: an email address, an optional name and the platform you chose. This page sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics scripts.
Why we keep it
To write to you when the demo opens and, if you ask, about later reels. We rely on your consent for this, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who else sees it
One email service that sends our messages on our behalf, bound by a data processing agreement. We do not pass your details to anyone else, and never to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or 24 months after our last message to you, whichever comes first. After that the record is deleted.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection laws, such as the GDPR, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to its use. Write to [email protected] and we answer within 30 days.
Trailer player
The trailer loads from YouTube only after you press Play. Until then no request goes to YouTube. Once it plays, YouTube's own privacy terms apply to that player.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that matters, we say so here and in the next email we send you.

What the site is for
Information about GRAYFIST and sign-up for news about the demo. Nothing here creates an obligation to release a feature, platform or date.
Your conduct
Do not try to break, overload or scrape the site, and do not use the student card to sign up other people without their permission.
Our material
Art, music, text, the logo plaque and characters belong to Lotus Gate Pictures. You may share screenshots and links for commentary, fan work and coverage, with credit.
Dates and content
Release dates, platforms and features can change during development. We will post changes on this site first.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses that come from using it.
Governing law
These terms follow the law of the country where you live where consumer protection rules require it; otherwise the law of our registered office applies.

Licence
Lotus Gate Pictures grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play GRAYFIST on devices you own or control, under the rules of the platform you use.
What you may not do
Do not copy, sublicense, reverse engineer or redistribute the game or its files, except where the law gives you that right regardless of this agreement.
Demo build
The demo contains chapter one and may contain bugs. Saves from the demo carry into the full game where the platform allows.
Updates
We may ship patches that fix bugs, adjust balance or change content. Some updates may be required to keep playing.
Captures and streaming
You may stream, record and share footage of the game, including with commentary, as long as you do not present it as official material.
Ownership
You hold a licence to play the game; the code and content stay ours. All rights not granted here stay with Lotus Gate Pictures.
Ending the licence
The licence ends if you break these terms. You can end it at any time by uninstalling the game.
Warranty
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Beyond them, the game is provided as it is.

Answers from the school office
When can I play?
The demo opens 10 February 2027 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2. Fill in the student card and we will write that morning.
What happens when Ruan falls?
He ages one year and gets up. Each age opens a different style. At 74 he stops, and the run ends.
Can I choose not to age?
No. You can choose how you fall. Some players reach 74 on purpose to learn the iron fan early.
Controls and accessibility
Every input can be remapped. Timing windows can be widened, and a tap mode replaces long presses.
Will my demo save carry over?
Yes, on the same platform account.
